Summary:
Pein Rikudou (Six Paths of Pein), continues to invade and destroy Konoha in hopes to find Naruto most notably Kyuubi (Nine Tails). Konohamaru takes his stand against Hell Realm Pein by unleashing a surprisingly familiar attack, Rasengan, on an unsuspecting enemy and audience. With the looming confrontation of Tsunade and God Realm Pein beginning, Shizune and company are still working on the secret behind Pein. As soon as Shizune and company start to put together the pieces a surprise attack of Human Realm Pein catches all off gaurd. A helpless Shizune and even more helpless allies are at the mercy of the tyrant as Human Realm Pein reads her mind and gets the information he has been seeking all this time. To Tsunade's shock this message has been relayed to God Realm, and thus ends the chapter....
Next Chapter: "Pein is Invincible and Violent.!!??!!...." "Pain!!"
My Take:
So it seems that pre-time skip Naruto taught Konohamaru the Rasengan. Now many would think..."Well that's awesome.." or "Rasengan is becoming all to common when it was built up as a uber difficult to learn jutsu....and now Konohamaru can use it?? WTF".... I say don't fret..... Konohamaru's method to using Rasengan is smaller and executed differently than Naruto's Standard Rasengan.
Konohamaru uses Naruto's Oodama Rasengan method to perform a basic smaller Rasengan form. Back in the Gaara Rescue Arc Naruto used Oodama Rasengan or (Great Sphere Rasengan) by utilizing 2 bodies to create a larger more potent Rasengan.
^Naruto's Variation that is more powerful than the Standard Rasengan in damage and power.
^Executed the same way as Naruto's Oodama however his barely compares to Naruto's Standard Rasengan
This tells me that Kishimoto still values Rasengan's potency by creating varying degrees of attack power and execution methods. Also Konohamaru is Sandaime's (3rd Hokage) Grandson, and with the direct bloodline of the once considered "God of Shinobi" it seems that Kishimoto is showing great potential in little Konohamaru. I mean c'mon Asuma was strong and an excellent shinobi, but I think Kishimoto wants Konohamaru to be the one to truly fill his Grandfather's shoes by surpassing him.....Like Naruto and his Father Yondaime. Bottom line Konohamaru will more than likely be the one to uphold the Sarutobi clan's legacy, so Kishi showed here that he has that potential.
Now moving on.....it seems that God Realm Pein has finally made his way to Tsunade. Thus the beginning of the conversation starts with Tsunade recognizing Yahiko from long ago. Anyways to get to some of the subtlety it seems Tsunade hits a little soft spot of Pein.....and his ideology....("Your peace results in violence towards us.." - God Realm Pein)...as the self-proclaimed 'God' of Hidden Rain and the Naruto world for that matter..... creases his brow and flexes his chakra muscles.....as if a hint of emotion floods in his Rinnegan..... I think that is important because that's more than likely the root of his bad guy ideology....and as we all know many mangas are set up via protagonist ideology vs antagonist ideology..... However, a confident Tsunade reminds us and Pein that "Naruto is Strong"...now is this more foreshadowing on Kishi's part....meh..we'll see. Personally I think it's setting up Pein Rikudou's defeat at the hands of Naruto (to see my thoery on that go here), but more importantly the revealing of who is the true identity of Pein is slowly unraveling. (*cough..Nagato....cough*)...
Now speaking of Shizune and Co.'s progress of uncovering the truth of Pein....etc....they ran into some trouble. That trouble being Human Realm Pein....or for others who have nicknamed him..."Shang Tsung" Pein....y'know..."YOUR SOUL IS MINE!!!" ... lol...gotta love mortal combat references....
So we come to find out about how (somewhat) Pein works and so forth, but rudely interrupted in the explanation...with the last part being how the Manipulator of Pein Rikudou is near the village somewhere...possibly......pulling all the strings...We'll see how that plays out, but now what is important is now that God Realm and all of Pein Rikudou know where Naruto is...can they get to Myobokuzan?...Well based on the hint of the next chapter it sounds like Pein is going on an all out "Slaughter is the Best Medicine Fest"on Konoha..........

I'll cut it short right here. But here's a list to think about.
1. When will Zetsu tell Pein that they failed in capturing the Hachibi thus he's searching for Naruto in vain....?
2. When will Danzou make his move?
3. When will Sasuke make his move?
4 When will the Hidden Cloud Nins (Team Samui) come into play?
5. When will Naruto return to Konoha?
6. When will Killer bee debut his new Enka songs....?
